4.00.05.30 update not working

Hi,

today I have received the alert that the new version of SupportAssistEnterprise is available for download.

So I have followed the instrunctions, but when I click on "Dowload Now" button, nothing appens.

It seems to load someething, but after some minutes, everything goes back and the page display again the Download Button alert.

Nothing in the logs, simple it doesn't work.

Anyone has the same problem?

Is it possible to update from  4.00.05.30 tp  4.00.06.00 from command line?

I'm also getting the same experience. I tried rebooting the appliance, and I tried different web  browsers as well. However nothing happens after I click download now.

Hi,

Am facing the same problem too.

I tried disabling the OS firewall but that did not help. Tried rebooting appliance multiple times, but still no luck.

Is Dell working on this bug ?

Same problem as the others are reporting here-when I click on the download link it seems like it is loading and then nothing. Please fix this!
