You don't mention which BIOS you currently have...

TPM 2.0 Presence

• The G15 5515 Ryzen Edition is listed by Dell as Windows 11 compatible, which requires TPM 2.0 support.

• The laptop provides fTPM (firmware TPM) via the AMD processor. In BIOS, the setting is usually found under Security or CPU-related options as “Firmware TPM,” “AMD fTPM,” or “PSP fTPM”.

• Multiple user reports confirm that TPM 2.0 can be enabled in the BIOS, but there are also cases where the setting is greyed out or missing, sometimes requiring a BIOS update or other troubleshooting.

Typical BIOS Steps

• Enter BIOS by pressing F2 during startup.

• Look under the Security or Advanced tab for “Firmware TPM,” “TPM Device,” “AMD fTPM,” or similar.

• If the option is available but disabled, enable it and save changes.

• If TPM cannot be enabled or is greyed out, updating the BIOS or resetting firmware settings may resolve it. In rare cases, hardware issues have required motherboard replacement.

Practical Status

• Most G15 5515 units can have TPM 2.0 enabled, but user experience varies depending on configuration, BIOS version, and potential hardware faults.

• To verify TPM status in Windows, run tpm.msc from the Run dialog. If enabled, it should indicate “TPM 2.0” as the specification version.

The bugged TPM 2.0 versions for Call of Duty are generally those with a "0" in the third digit (e.g., 3.x.0.x or 6.x.0.x), common on certain AMD systems, which fail the attestation process. To fix this, you must update your motherboard's BIOS/firmware to a version without this "0" in the third digit

so i am asking for a bios u[date that can fix this 

Hi So do we have any news on this, legit did the bios update last night 1.27.0 spent over an hour because of EFI being full..... and still getting the TPM not enabled error. We need a fix on this before beta...... which is Thursday...... my MSI got a update on the 25th that fixed this issue...... I praise Dell but if you guys can't sort this my view will be changing, as the company that let gamers down.....

@anne_droid @danieldan5152 Did you try to contact dell ?, i tried but it didn't work ( is there any other way to inform dell about this )

I ain't a gamer, I have to play DOOM in ("IDDQD" for God mode and "IDKFA" for all weapons and keys) GOD mode, and fully armed to get past level 1.

So no I have not contacted DELL, the Deaf  and Unseeing, in any RPG setting.

@anne_droid​ how to contact dell because when i trying to do it they saying my device warranty is ended although this is not a problem with my laptop warranty
