Total SAP virtualization customer reference -- Leedarson (立达信)

In china, currenlty we have a customer Leedarson whose SAP are running Virtualization platform (vmware+windows 2008). in China, there are a lot of customers are intersted in SAP virtualization, but they have some concerns about it, for example

1. if the VM can support the SAP business performance requirement?

2. if the SAP system can run on virtualization platform smoothly?

3, if the SAP and oracle can support VMware durin the maintenance phase ?

4. how to backup the SAP systems on virtulization platform?

i think the customer reference would be very useful for Sales and ATC to talk with the customers who have SAP virtualziation requirement.
