Split clone from Replication manager

Want to terminate clone session from replication manager. We have clone created and mounted on a mount host. The mount host is active and will continue production. The source Lunsford we want to release and reclaim the space on symmetrix vmax. How to do this so that we have no issues on the mount host and source volumes are free.  We tested now when replica is deleted the Luns on the mount Host in filesystem gets unmounted.  If any suggestion would be greatly helpful.
