Multi target replication
Hi,
I have use case where in I would want to replicate the contents of 1 disk to 2 other disks on the remote array
i.e Disk1(Primary)--->Disk1(Secondary)
Disk1 (Primary)---->Disk2 (Secondary).
Both Disk1 and Disk2 on secondary are on same Array.
Question is , can this done without replicating the contents of Disk1 twice. i.e Do not want to send the data twice on wire.
Please let me know if SRDF/MirrorView supports this use case.
Thanks & Regards
Ranjit

Hello
You can't make two replicas on secondary site using RP only.
But you can create SnapVIew/Clone or Snapshot of local or remote RP replica to have two ore more replicas on secondary site.
I guess same apply to Symmetrix
PS: You can't replicate same LUNs with RP and MirrorView (see Release Notes)
Best regards,
Alex
