Error with MirrorView Insight 1.4.0.16

Hi All,

When I attempt to run Mirrorview Insight for VMware 1.4.0.16 I receive the following error.

Operation Failed...Details: Virtual Machine with uuid xxxxxxxxxx is not found in the objects list for Virtual Machine UI VM.

The virtual machine this error relates to is the vCenter Operations UI VM which is part of the vCOPs vApp. This virtual machine is running OK and is configured as part of a protection group within SRM.

I can successfully failover this VM as part of an SRM test however I cannot failover/failback using Mirrorview Insight due to this error.

Has anyone seen this before or have a solution to the issue?

2 x VNX5300 Unified Arrays (VNX OE 05.31.000.5.709) connected via Mirrorview/A (iSCSI)

vSphere 4.1 Update 2

Solutions Enabler 7.3.2.2 (32-bit)

Mirrorview Insight/SRA 1.4.0.16

VMware Site Recovery Manager 4.1.2
