Cannot find repository after new box number

Hi there,

Have you tried to change RPA's box number?

I have a CLR environment with 5x boxes and 1x repository in each Site. I need to change box 2 and 5 in both Sites.

I have reinstalled 2x pairs of RPA's (invert the ID's 2 and 5) and after that, at CRR Site (only in CRR Site) the RPA's 2 and 5 were not be able to

find the repository volume, after get remote settings and applied.

Do you have an idea?

Could you please let me know these below details to help you and understand the issue?

  1. Recoverpoint version?
  2. Storage vendor, model and Firmware?
  3. Are you trying to replace RPA number 2 and 5 from each site with new boxes or re-installing the code?
  4. Have you used deployment manager in case of replacement?
  5. Did you get a chance to download Recoverpoint Procedure Generator from power link?

Hi Suresh,

It’s working now.

I’ve reinstalled RPA’s 2 and 5 but in Site 2, they didn’t recognize repository volume.

Then I tried using DM, replacement, and it worked!
