Autostart - Oracle Services Issue

Hi,

We have installed Autostart 5.3Sp3 on Solaris systems with Oracle 10g. When we create an Oracle instance it comes online normally but when we take it offline it hangs on the oracle process and shows the services in stopping state. When we check at the nodes we find the services stopped & datbase unmounted.

There are existing 4 nodes with failover to one node which are behaving normally. This is the fifth node that we are adding. The configuration on all the nodes match exactly (including the new node). Also when we check the process list in Autostart console, on all the existing nodes  it shows the oracle testing & existense process but in the new node it only shows the testing process.

It will be great help if anyone provides the solution
