ssl certification question

So,

I have operator role based access setup for our NOC. They claim that their screen will not stay logged in due to a certification error. We do not use LDAP to authenticate when we use Recover Point.

I looked up certificates and such in the admin guide and the only information I got was when LDAP is being deployed. How do i fix this issue for them?

Hi there,

They can add the RP cluster management IP to trusted sites in their browser.

That said, what they're seeing can be related to GUI/CLI inactivity timeout ? in RP 4.4, there's an inactivity timeout in the GUI which can be configured through the Admin tab in Unisphere for RP.
