Splitter Problems
Hi all;
When i try to launch a new CG, the trasnfer state was Paused by system, them the logs shows :
ERROR: Splitter VNX-SJC-A has experienced an error in communication. See the Splitter communication error that has been issued to your event logs for the trigger, system behavior and required user action. WARNING: To ensure data integrity, it is highly recommended that you do not fail over to any snapshots that have been created in the past five minutes. A full sweep or initialization may follow.

I opened the case 67535842 ... but I see that the case does not advance ...if you want, you can see the case to help me.THANKS !!

Hi,
There can be multiple reasons for those sort of communications issues, it can be FC communication issues between RP and the VNX, it can be VNX or splitter related issues as well.
I would start with a brief inspection of configuration including RPA initiator registration on the VNX, Zoning, VNX and RP events.
Please also raise a SR to get to the root cause of this.
