RP4VM Clusters and vCenter Instances relationship
Hello world,
I will build a RP4VM system with two vRPA clusters(CRR configuration), each site will have one vCenter.
Q1. Can i manage both vRPA clusters in any vCenter web client(the vCenter in any site) ?
Q2. Should i register both vCenters on each vRPA cluster, or just register the local site vCenter on each vRPA cluster ?
Thank you.

You can perform operational management of RP4VMs from both vCenters Web Clients. You only need to register both vCenters servers to each vRPA if they are in linked mode.

Thank you Rich.
Unfortunately these two vCenter's are not in the linked clone mode, they are both standalone, then how to register the vCenter ?

This is done automatically as part of the deployment through Deployer.

Hi Rich,
Is this process documented anywhere? I'm finding it difficult to get anything substantial on this topic of linked vCenters.
Thank
Rob.

Hi,
Thanks for your question about RP4VM. Page 70 https://dell.to/3PQNr75 covers linked vecenters.
Let us know if you have any additional questions.

Certainly, the H5 admin guide covers that. Let me know if you have any additional Qs.
