RP4VM Between Vcenter versions 7 and 8

Hi,

We plan to upgrade our vcenter(s) v7.03 to v8u2B. We use RP4VM v5.3 SP4 P1 which is compatible with Vcenter 8u2B.

But in the process we will have (temporary) a replication between a v7 to a v8 Vcenter.

We are wondering if the VM replicated will be functionnal with a different hardware version from source v7 to destination v8 ?
