RP4VM 5.2 5.3 Upgrade issue

I'm on the last step of the upgrade.

1. In the RecoverPoint for VMs HTML5 plugin for vSphere Client, click System > Plugin Server
The RecoverPoint for VMs Plugin Server screen is displayed.

I'm not sure exactly where I'm supposed to be on in vCenter for that.  After choosing the upgrade to 5.3, I logged out, and restared both vsphere-ui and vsphere-client.  In /vsphere-client, I still see the RP4VM icon, but don't see "System".   In /ui, I don't see an RP4VM icon.  If I go to /UI Client Plug-Ins, I see both 5.2.2.2 and 5.3.0.0, but Deployment says incompatible "The plug-in only supports vSphere Web Client (Flash).

I'm on vCenter Appliance 6.7 Update 3j.

Hmm,

I skipped the folowing step since I was on 6.7 U3, I didn't think it applied since I'm not on 6.7 U1.  I think I'll try that.

"If you are using (or upgrading to) vCenter Server 6.7 U1, and upgrading from 5.2.x to 5.3.x, and planning to manage your system
with the vSphere HTML5 plugin or the new REST API, deploy and configure an HTML5 plugin server for each vCenter Server."

Hi @TN_bosco,

After upgrading to RP4VMs 5.3, granted you're running vSphere 6.7U1 or later, you'll need to deploy the plugin server and configure it in RP4VMs through the Deployer (configure plugin server wizard in the deployer -  https:// >) and then you'll see the H5 plugin showing up. More info on the can be found in the Installation and Deployment Guide.
