RecoverPoint/CL licensing

On the one site I have an XtremIO X1 1x X-Brick 20TB and XtremIO X2-S 1x X-Brick 20TB.
I need RecoverPoint local protection license for both XtremIO.
Is the one RecoverPoint / CL local protection license 40TB enough for both XtremIO?
