Recoverpoint WAN links went down but no alert
Hey guys,
The recoverpoint WAN link between the RPAs went down and hence, CRR was not happening.
CDP was up and fine. There was a WAN link down but I could not see any error or alert for this.
The Unisphere for Recoverpoint dashboard did not post any alerts.
Recoverpoint is physical appliance with 4.0.2 & CL license.
Is there a way to set the threshold for this?

Hi Deepak,
There aren't any thresholds to configure for this type of error as it should alert that WAN link b/w clusters or RPAs is down.
One can configure the callhome events (including this specific event) but that's besides the question here.
Are you certain that events like "Error in link to other RPA/Cluster" weren't raised ? have you checked the "System Events" tab ?
If WAN was indeed down and events weren't raised neither in the dashboard or in the system events, I would recommend to open a SR with support to get this further investigated.
