RecoverPoint is faking the size of a LUN
I get the following WARNING: RecoverPoint is faking the size of a LUN in the replication set (part of it is not being used for replication).
This is after I expanded a LUN and its replication partner from 1500 to 2000 GB. Both LUNs are 2000, but vSphere can only see 1500 GB.
When I go to Manage Protection and select the CG in the left pane, the Replication Sets tab and select the set, all the controls are grayed out. Status is green.
What should I do next?
Help -> About says "Unisphere for RecoverPoint Version 4.0.SP2.P1(m.29)" -- is that the version of my RecoverPoint?
Sorry to be so ignorant -- I inherited the job of managing this in a small biz where the previous guy died unexpectedly.
Grateful for any guidance.

It's possible that the admin user is locked out, try to run unlock_user via the user security-admin.

OK I think I figured out why the controls were grayed: I was logged in as a user called boxmgmt. Appears to be a restricted user.
The documentation from the previous IT boss had three usernames with passwords:
admin
boxmgmt
security-admin
I tried and failed to login as admin -- got a bad username or password error. So I logged in as boxmgmt, and got the problem of grayed controls.
But then I logged in to the RPA in the other site as admin, same PW, but it let me in. I was able to fix the problem of the "faked" LUN size -- that's all good now.
So I guess I have a different problem: Why won't one of two RPAs allow me to log in as admin?
Any workarounds?
Let me know if I should create a new discussion since the topic has changed...
Cheers
