RecoverPoint : How to start replicating in a new replication set added to an existing consistency group

I have a CG in RP/CL with three replication sets. Looking at the VMAX's at the prod and DR sites, I see that each of the three DR LUN's has the same utilization percentage as the prod LUN in its replication set. For example, one of the three prod LUN's is 49% used, and its target DR LUN is also 49% used. Replication is working.

I create several new replication sets in this CG, using existing prod LUN's with a lot of data and new, empty DR LUN's. The CG finishes initializing and its status becomes Active. However, the VMAX at the DR site shows that the new DR LUN's are all 0% used, meaning no data has been replicated from the prod LUN's that I've paired with them.

Is there a step I may have missed that would cause RP to begin replicating the new replication sets I've created within this existing CG?
