RecoverPoint for VMs stuck at loading
Hi,
We have recently upgraded to RecoveryPoint for VMs 5.3. We are experiencing very weird behaviour that when we right click a VM and select RecoverPoint for VMs, then menu stuck at loading. But then at random times, the menu would show for the VM, then again stuck at loading. This happens to the administrators of vCenter so we are sure this is not permission related. Is anybody experiencing this issue? What can we do to resolve it? We are running on vCenter 7.0 build 17694817

Hello Winnie,
Which version of RP were you using prior to doing your upgrade? I would double check and make sure that you have deployed your RP as stated in the deployment guide just to make sure that nothing was missed with your upgrade.

Note that we're currently qualifying vSphere 7.0U2, we'll get it supported soon so stay tuned.
