recoverpoint 4.0 SP2 with VNX5600
I have an existing recoverpoint cluster running on 4.0 SP2 with CL license. I have an existing CX and VPLEX splitter. I want to add VNX5600 to the splitter too.
I have done the RPA splitter enabler install to the VNX5600. Zoning was done too. The host initiator was registered as recoverpoint appliance and failover mode is 4. I have add two LUNs to the storage group. If I login to RPA1/RPA2 and performed SAN diagnostics I can see the LUNs from VNX5600. For some reason I go to add splitter section in the RPA GUI, I just can't see the VNX5600 show up there.

Hi there,
There can be several of reasons preventing you from adding the VNX splitter, I would recommend starting with the following:
1) Make sure that ALL initiators are registered as RecoverPoint appliance initiator type and failover mode 4.
2) Check if the used SP ports aren't reserved for MirrorView. If there are, remove the MV enabler if MV isn't being used or use other SP ports.
