Recoverpoint 4 VM 4.3.1
I am having issues with the install. Using the web gui to configure the cluster. The pre-validation steps completed with no issues and I have entered the IP addresses that are active or will active for the vAppliances once configured.
The first question that I have that the IP address for the cluster only goes green when I enter the IP address of the Appliance that I am running the web gui against. I would have a thought it would have been a floating address.
Second I am unable to return any datastores when I get to the Environment section of the webgui wizard. It just appears to timeout and not retrieve any datastores that are visible to ESX hosts.

Hi there,
Just for me to understand your first issue, you're saying that the cluster IP field went green only after you've inputted the IP address of vRPA1 under it's field ?
Secondly, can you verify that the second vRPA us up and running ? the reason you might get a timeout is that we're querying vCenter for a list of datastores from all vRPAs to make sure all vRPAs can access these datastores through all ESXs in the cluster so if one vRPA is down, such timeout would occur.
