Anyone have a step-by-step procedure to re-image GEN4 RPA?

Re-image would do it. No need to re-initialize.

Any RPA can be re-imaged by uploading a new iso version and then rebooting. If there is an absolute requirement to re-initialize the RPA, then with a Gen4 RPA you can enter BIOS on boot up and format the boot drive.

Previous system admin gone before I arrived. Admin, boxmgmt, security-admin, and root are not set to default passwords. Do not have the passwords to admin, boxmgmt, security-admin or root. Would re-image reset the passwords back to the default for each of these accounts? If not, then I suspect I will have to re-initialize? Correct?
