Problem with repository volume

I have RP4VM cluster running on version 5.2.06 and RPA1 can't access the repository volume.  I already check the splitter driver config in the vmx files and verify that RPA2 can read the repository volume just fine. No matter what I do, I cannot get RPA to see the repository volume. When trying to refresh the repository volume, the operation failed with a null error.

I try to replace the vRPA but the RP4VM deployer can't authenticated at all.  SSH access works but the deployer utility won't get pass authentication.  Any suggestion?
