Thanks for the reply, but the issue we saw in the RecoverPoint Ordering path was after selecting the Gen5 RPA type and then selecting RP offering RP/EX Unity is not in the Array Model pull down selection.

Thanks for the reply. I am not sure what the resolution was as I was not the owner of the case as the Quoting team came to us for assistance. So we did find the below models in the Pricing guide but we did not know if one of the below models was the correct one to use along with the pricing. The quoting team asked if could be ordered manually in MyQuotes but we also did not know if that is the correct process. If you know the correct RPA Gen5 model and process to order it please let me know and I can find the case to update it for future reference in case we come across this again.
