Need steps on moving an RPA that is no longer connected to a cluster to a new cluster with a difference cluster name and IP. How would I update the RPA configurations with the new cluster name and IP?
Hardware details: Hardware type: EMC 900-541-044 GEN6 Adapter type: 8300 Vendor: EMC Hardware Platform: EMC 900-541-044 GEN6 Amount of memory: 32660748 KB Number of CPUs: 24

Firstly, you cannot remove an RPA node from an existing cluster. Adding an RPA to a cluster can be done via the Add RPA to a Cluster wizard using the Depooymebt Manager Tool.

We did a DR move and had multiply DR sites. Once the old DR site was shutdown the two RPA's were available to be used again. Now I want to add one to the Prod Cluster and the other to the DR Cluster. So, my question is how can I reconfigure them to be added there. I understand how to use Deployment Manager to get them added, but they would have to be on the network first that would require updating configuration.

In the first instance you need to re-image them using the iso version that matches the RPAs in the current clusters, set temporary IP addressing and zone them if required. These steps as called out in the Add RPA Wizard using the Deployment Manager Tool.
