EMC recover RMM information after replacement?
When a RecoverPoint is replaced by hardware torouble by EMC support team, do EMC support team recover the RMM (Gen4: iDRAC, Gen5: BMC) information without extra pay?
As a cusomer has premium support contract.

I cannot comment on the EMC obligations, but as a customer I would probably expect the replacement hw to be in a state where I could manage it remotely.
