Data transfer paused after WAN outage

Hi all,

We had WAN link outage between 2 DCs the link has been recovered but it is still has red mark in Unisphere.

When connected to RPA I can do full mesh network check and all connectivity is showing as OK. I also did Throughput test ans that went fine also so I'm confused why WAN is still showing error.

Sites:

  Site_A:

    RPAs: OK

    Volumes: OK

    Splitters: OK

  Site_B:

    RPAs: OK

    Volumes: OK

    Splitters: OK

WAN:

ERROR: No remote communication between all RPAs

The groups state in Unishere is showing Error but in CLI it showing as paused.

Group:

  CG_Datastore1_Protected:

    Enabled: YES

    Transfer source:N/A

    Copy:

      Replica1:

        Enabled: YES

        Active primary RPA: RPA 1

        Data Transfer: PAUSED

        Sync mode:N/A

        Journal: DISTRIBUTING IMAGES TO STORAGE

        Storage access: NO ACCESS

  CG_RPA_TEST1:

    Enabled: YES

    Transfer source:N/A

    Copy:

      Replica1:

        Enabled: YES

        Active primary RPA: RPA 2

        Data Transfer: PAUSED

        Sync mode:N/A

        Journal: DISTRIBUTING IMAGES TO STORAGE

        Storage access: NO ACCESS

Is there a way to unpause them or check anything else to start replication?

Thank you

Try the start_transfer command from the CLI.

What is the current RP version and can you provide a screenshot of the issue?

So the problem is this:

In CLI I see the following:

  SITE2:

    RPAs: 3 unknowns

    Volumes: 1 unknowns

    Splitters: 2 unknowns

WAN: 1 errors

System: OK

But if I do full mesh test is passes:

This makes me think that connectivity is fine or am I wrong?
