Cannot connect between clusters RP4VM 5.3
Hi everyone:
I have a problem when I try to connect one cluster to another. Using the wizard or by console, it exits with this error "Could not reach the remote cluster "
The ip is correct, the ping to that vRPA does respond, what could it be?
Note: The rp4vm is on a single node. It has vcenter and 2 vRPA, the topology is all-in-one. The remote cluster is in another network and its topology is lan+wan, separate data.

Hi Josh, I checked the document and it talks about the dm.log file. where do i find that file?
At the end of the article in the solution it says about updating the origin rpa certificate. Does that not affect the computers that have been protected now?
