Backup and recovery

Hello, all my space on disk C:/ gone to recovery files in folder “snapshots” 320gb+..

point is I don’t have this app to manage or delete this files, and now I cannot download anything due lack of space.. and I can’t delete this folder it says need approval from admin but I have only one user which is admin..
