AppSync vs Replication Manager

Hi,

does any of Replication Manager user have some experience with AppSync. Does AppSync have same functionality like RM ( just in VNX case use vnxsnaps instead of SnapView snaps ). Will AppSync send RM in history?

My main use of RM is replicating oracle from one host to another like new database.

Regards

AppSync is similar to RM but it uses VNX Snaps instead of Snapview Snapshots like RM.

I recommend you review the AppSync Support Matrix before proceeding to make sure your environment is fully qualified. I don't think that AppSync supports Oracle just yet.
