usb not a boot option
trying to reinstall windows on ubuntu but can't get windows installation usb drive to show as a boot option in bios. I've tried multiple USB sticks and USB drives and the bios was just updated today. I tried installing formating / usb boot drive making software on ubuntu but as with most applications I try to install on ubuntu after installation the program is not installed.
Im running ubuntu and followed these directions.
https://itsfoss.com/bootable-windows-usb-linux/
Here are teh current settings, I've tried legacy boot and no difference.
boot list option: UEFI
secure boot: disabled
legacy option roms: enabled
attempt legacy boot: disabled
enable USB boot support: enabled
any suggestions?

Hello thanks for choosing Dell.
I can’t answer this I’m afraid- This needs a response from a community user who actually has experienced in this since the OS is not certified.
We also do not have a manual on booting a Windows server OS by USB either,
Sorry I can’t be of help this time
Respectfully,
