Update bios v1.14.0 dell Power Edge R410
Good evening, I'm trying to upgrade the BIOS of the Dell PowerEdge R410 from 1.11.0 to 1.14.0 but I can't.
I've already tried to put the file:
BIOS_XXNW5_WN32_1.14.0_01.EXE
On the pendrive and starting the server via pendrive but the server doesn't identify the file to do the upgrade, however I found this option above, I wanted to know what is the correct directory to put it in because I've tried every way and I can't update the server's BIOS.

I went ahead and tried to update via IDRAC, my machine is on IDRA6, but when I accessed IDRAC via browser, I couldn't because my IDRAC version is 1.21.1, so I had to download the Mozilla browser to access version 49.
However, now with access to IDRAC, when I try to update IDRAC, the file upload is not completed, it takes longer and the update file doesn't upload. I tried updating 1.90 and 2.92, but it doesn't work.
I went ahead and tried to update via pendrive with a .BIN file, but I still couldn't. When I tried to run the file name.BIN, I got the message FREEDOS not supported.
Now my question is, what do I do to update this server? I want to put it on BIOS 1.14.0 and IDRAC 2.92. Can someone please help me? I have three servers with the same problem!
