Unethical Practices by Dell India

I am an IT systems integrator and a consultant based in Mumbai , India.

As per the inquiry from one of my clients, I had zeroed down on a particular Dell Server configuration as below

Xeon 2378G or 2388G/32GB RAM/2.4TB SAS/noraid

The above config is readily available on Dell India Website for online purchase for anyone including end-users but at a premium price.

None of the Authorized Dell Partners/Distributors or Dell India Representatives are able to quote me for the same.

Why so??? Does that mean that a good config is available only at premium price?? Why not available thru official distributor/partner channel?
