Unable to access downloads.dell.com
We have a Cisco FPR1150 firewall. ACL's have been setup to access downloads.dell.com on port 443. When looking at the events, most of the attempts are blocked, with a few exceptions being allowed.
From what I am told, the IP's change quickly that the firewall can not interpret quickly enough and the servers cannot access the site.
Has anyone else experienced this issue or ways to resolve it.
I was looking for the IP addresses for downloads.dell.com to see if I added them in the ACL if that would correct it, but doesn't seem like Dell would provide those.
No Events found!

Hi,
We do not have reference information that can help with your switch configuration to allow access. Perhaps, probably you might need to raise a case with Dell support to check with the backend team on what are the requirement to allow access.
Perhaps, maybe to use FQDN instead of IP? But then you might probably need a name server to identify the IP to FQDN.

you can ping downloads.dell.com and you will get an IP. when I tried, I did get 2 different IPs. There may be more IPs.
