Should I feel confident with trusting Dell with my Clients needs??

Dell used to be the top of Customer support back in the day.  My business has a 100% Satisfaction from our clients for over 18 years.  I don't feel like Dell is the one anymore..why?

I have used ALL forms of contacting Dell Sales and Support for 2 weeks and they keep on telling me someone will call me back ( immediate purchase of a new server ) and they NEVER call me back.

A 10 minutes call would have sold a new server after talking to someone about capabilities' VS the Dell and Lenovo  servers we need to replace and CRICKETS.

I know I could come here and ask because forums always have great people but my point i if they won't even take a sure sale call seriously , what happens when I need help with an urgent mission critical server issue???

My last try before just switching to a Lenovo or other server is this post. I will be making my move by COB today. My Clients are not used to being delayed by silly 3rd party laziness. they will go wherever I take them.
