SAS HDD shown as "BLOCKED" on using R730 with Perc H730 Mini

Just recently purchased an HGST HUS724040ALS640 SAS HDD and config utility seems to show it as blocked. The reason why is probably due to its sector size since its not at 512, but at 520. 

I've tried to use sg3-utils in order to format it, but the drives do not seem to pass through the OS, and are only seen on the BIOS. I've tried it using both the RAID and HBA Mode without success.

I've also tried to update the firmware to see if maybe it was related to that, but when I try to do so using iDRAC enterprise, it says that none of the inventory matches the update I'm trying to apply.

Does anybody have any solutions or anything else that I can try to have my hdds working? They're obviously dell certified if a firmware update is available for them for dell drivers.
