Riser and PCIe slots in R640 10 Bay Chassis Full Height PCIe Bracket ?!

Hi,

Am I understanding correct the R640 10 Bay Chassis does NOT have a Full Height PCIe bracket ?

As per R640 Technical Guide the Slot Riser 2B is Full Height

But according to the below only the 2 PCIe (8 Bay Chassis) seems to have the Full Height
