Hello @William Liew,
Unfortunately there is no official documentation for PowerEdge EOSL (End of Service Life). I've heard that a lifespan of a server is around 5-7 years from the date you purchase, it is also depending parts and service availability on regions. I suggest to contact the sales department to obtain an official information for your server's service life, as they would be able to obtain more information of any future availability.
Alternative, if you are look at a rough idea date, you can login to our support page: https://dell.to/3ugPlFp and enter your server service tag. Select the service event tab and deselect "Only show active events" button, an End of Service Life date will appear.

End of Service life appears to be simply 5 years from the ship date. I do not believe this is what people are asking. They probably want to know when server replacement can be justified and when they should look at buying the next generation or when is their last chance to buy the current gen to simplify their support (both in terms of common architecture for OS / Hypervisor / Applications and for sparing)...
