R930 raid 6 how long?

My R930 has 24 1.2T 2.5" drives. In setting up the raid it showed my two 730P cards, I clicked on the first one and all was going great. Thing is, since then its been running for over a day and I have a cursor on the screen but I cant click on anything. There's another 730p to set up but only 4 drives have just one green light on. 

Does this happen normally? It's going to be 90F+ here soon I was hoping it would be done by now. Tons of other nube issues to boot but this one is time critical.

If this is not right, please advize on steps to take.
