R620 not booting with EPP PSU

Hi all,

I am strugling with a R620 server that is not booting with an specific model of PSU so I don't have any documentation to verify what PSUs is compatible.

The PSU in question is HTRH4. I have tested that PSU with other R620 server and boot without problems.

I have tested issued server with 5NF18 and then it boots.  Only difference I see between these PSUs is HTRH4 has EPP label.
