R520 Lifecycle Controller freeze issue (v. 2.65.65.65)
Hy!
I recently updated (3 days ago) my Lifecycle Controller to the newest version on my R520 and I can't use it. After I press F10 and enter Lifecycle, it freezes after some minutes or after I press a button. It stays unresponsive forever ( one time I waited a night ~9hours) and still no response.
Has anyone experienced this? What can I do about this?

Can you shutdown the server, remove the power cable and connect it back after 1 minutes and see whether it fix the issue. If not I recommend to downgrade LC FW to earlier version using operating system and see whether issues go away with that.

Can you check whether you have latest BIOS installed on the server? Can you also check whether you can access iDRAC? You can also try to update iDRAC to previous version and check the behavior.

Yes, I have the latest Bios version 2.9.0. I have not configured iDRAC yet. It's a freshly installed server. I just used SUU and because SUU is 2019.01.14, I manually updated Lifecycle and BIOS from Windows Server 2019.

Hy!
My problem still up, any tip how can I solve this? After I enter (F10) into the Lifecycle it is becoming irresponsible after 1--2 minutes. The only thing I can do to press the power button.
Thanks, F
