r230 can't install Dell OS Driver Pack

I've formatted my USB for fat32

with my USB detected within the lifecycle controller I then installed:

Drivers-for-OS-Deployment_Application_WP3PH_WN64_18.12.04_A00_01.EXE

Ran the installed executable mentioned above on my windows machine then extracted contents to my USB, after which plugged the USB into the r230 server, loaded up lifecycle controller firmware update via USB, when asked for "file path of update package" I've tried all executables that are extracted within the root of my USB with no luck.. what have I done wrong? as without the firmware I can't install any OS on my server

ChrisLKS,

Would you confirm a couple of things for me?

Are you trying to load the file under the Platform Update tab?

What does it do when you try to load the executable, are you seeing any errors?

Is the server up to date on BIOS, iDrac, LCC, raid controller, etc?

Let me know.
