Hello,
Was anything done on the system around the time this issue started?
Has there been any hardware added or removed or firmware updates take place?
Start with a flea power drain:
drain flea power (shut down, disconnect power cables and Network cables, hold in power button 20 seconds with cords removed).
After flea power drain, system has to set for 3 minutes for DRAC to reset without any power plugged in.
Disconnect any USB devices including keyboard, mouse, thumb drive
Then plug in NIC and power but wait 2 minutes before power on to give DRAC time to initialize.
Check results
If that doesn't help then next try Clear NVRAM - there is a map under the lid to show the jumper location. Shut down, Set jumper to the Clear position, power on and Post up to the jumper error, shut down and return jumper to original location.
You may need to reset and BIOS configuration such as boot mode (UEFI or BIOS) or any other custom set BIOS properties.
See if it will let you run diagnostics:
Boot to F11 on Dell Splash screen, selecting Boot Manager -> System Utilities -> Launch Dell Diagnostics. Note any messages and continue testing.
Make sure iDRAC and BIOS are at latest version when you can update, if not already up to date.
