PowerEdge R940 Non-raid configuration prevents the OS from recognizing other disks.

I use PREC H330.
The controller is set to non-raid.

However, no other disks are recognized by Windows 10 or VMware ESXi.
I can see 8 disks listed from iDRAC.

One disk is for the OS
I would like to have the remaining 7 disks recognized by Windows or VMware ESXi.
