[PowerEdge R7725] CXL Type 3 Device Boot Fail

I installed CXL Type 3 device on R7725. When boot initiated, CXL Memory correctly shows up as 512GB on BIOS. But boot fails afterwards. Cropped IPMI log attached due to character limit, but would love to email full logs.

Questions:

- How can I output BIOS Debug full message?
- UEFI0451 error message appears to be from FW not supporting certain cmd. Which cmd is required, and is this error related to CXL device?
- How can I get more detailed kernel log?
- Most importantly, please give advice on how to get CXL Type 3 device successfully detected.

IPMI log (cropped)

...
UEFI0450: BIOS cannot initialize the server to use the CXL hardware because of
hardware issues.
...
UEFI0451: CXL hardware is not responding via the in-band management interface.
This will result in a loss of error handling and other device management
features.
...
EFI stub: ERROR: Failed to decompress kernel
EFI stub: ERROR: efi_stub_entry() failed!

Hello thanks for choosing Dell.

I'm afraid you are using some unsupported 3rd party hardware

I advise that it is best go to that hardware vendor and check with them, as Dell is not able to support it.

Respectfully,
