PowerEdge R740xd with ESXi 7.0u3 reboots after 3/4 hours of operation time

Good morning,

on two PowerEdge R740xd with ESXi 7.0u3 installed on, we are experimenting sudden reboots after 3/4 hours of operation time without any reason. Apparently the HW health is good.

When the system is in maintenance mode without virtual machines workload, there is no reboot events. After few hours in operation mode, with virtual machines active on, it suddenly reboots.

BIOS Version	2.18.1
iDRAC Firmware Version	6.10.80.00
