PowerEdge R720XD CPLD update

Hi.

I have two servers PowerEdge R720xd.

I installed v2 CPUs and servers would not start.

log:

The system board fail-safe voltage is outside of range

CPU 2 VCORE PG voltage is outside of range
CPU 1 VCORE PG voltage is outside of range

BIOS Version 2.9.0
Firmware Version 2.65.65.65

System CPLD 1.0.3

Where can I find CPLD firmware 1.0.4 or newest?

Thanks.

There isnt one. The other part of the issue is that a CPLD update would require that the system power on to perform the  update.

Just to be sure, its one of the supported procs per the guide page 21 and 22?
Dell PowerEdge R720 and R720xd Technical Guide

The only other thing that comes to mind is to remove slotted cards and balance the dimms in the A and B banks, and ensure you have 2 power supplies in the system.
