Looks like it is a drive failure. You can check the pattern and refer below link to understand the issue

Did you have RAID configured on this drive? Can you share what storage controller you have on the server. If this is a drive failure then you need to plan for a replacement of this drive. You can also use iDRAC to check the status of physical disk.

Hi @DELL-Shine K, from the picture below would you be able to assist me?
1. Under information (hardware "i") What does the color code solid Blue and Amber light mean, as well as blinking Blue and Amber light mean?
2. From the picture below, the icon on the left next to the information (hardware "i") indicates amber, what does it mean?
