PowerEdge R620 CPLD Recovery

Hello,

I am working on a Dell PowerEdge R620 system and trying to obtain the official System CPLD firmware update package for this platform. my issue was that the server would not post and start bios/uefi because the cpld was corupted or not responding to the IDRAC commands

I would like to reflash the EPM2210F324C5N Altera CPLD with the original firmware using Quartus Prime Lite, and I was wondering if it would be possible to obtain a .pof or .bin file for the CPLD.
