Network Drive information is not showing in iDRAC
Hello,I Swap RJ45 Port to Fiber module . In iDRAC ,Network Drive information RJ45 not show but Under PCIe slot Network port is appear after Power On.How do i Fix ? I want to appear in Network Drive Tab Like NIC 1 ,NIC2.

Hi @Pyaexs,
What is your server model and iDRAC version? You mentioned you have replaced the Fiber module, can you provide me the DPN# of the module. Can you also provide some screenshots of your issue, so we can further understand you issue and needs.

Server is R650 and iDRAC is already upgrade to Lasted firmware . I Swap Fiber to RJ45( Sorry For Wrong Information).Here is Some Photo of issue.We can Find RJ45 on PcIE TAB and NIC is work normally only not show on Network Drive Thanks.
This is not show info for swap NIC of Rj45
This is What we want.

Hi @Pyaexs,
The card is not detected properly in iDRAC as you can see that the part number column is showing N/A. Can you physically check on the label of the card, for DPN#. Alternative, take a picture of both the cards.

FYI,
We Also find the network card in BIOS Setting and We don't find the card on LifeCircel Controller.

Hi, DPN is Dell part number. But I can't see DPN in that picture. It could be a compatible issue. Dell-certified parts have a DPN label. If the slot is working and the card is a non-dell part it may cause an issue.
