Need to spec a rack.

Hi,

I need to spec a rack server, very basic and (at least initially for our testing) cheap.  It should support up to two dual slot NVIDIA graphics cards (we will buy those separately).  Everything else can be kind-of weak, i.e. single Xeon CPU 16/32 and 32 GB RAM.  Something we can put two to four HDDs inside as well.  Should be able to also add USB devices to it, or at least a card to plug them in).

I don't know what to suggest.  Can anyone assist?  I'm thinking more £3,000 - £4,000 than £95,000.
